I was searching for astral projection book, and this book is highly recommended by The Occult and Unexplained Encyclopedia. This is the premier index of the paranormal, occult and inexplicable. In addition to being the foremost destination for information about the supernatural, unusual phenomena, and all genuine articles.

Since they highly recommend this book, I bought the book and thanks to them, this book really works, not only I get to experience what is astral projection; author provides very detail explanation about several methods... how to project correctly and how to avoid some common mistakes, and how to get help in astral.

The best comes with this book, the author owns a forum that he is able to guide you further. I join his forum, got lots of very useful information on his forum, but what I really admire about this author is... he is willing to stand by his works, and get to meet some other readers who are able to astral project. Thanks to this book, and thanks for The Occult and Unexplained Encyclopedia for recommending this book. A very good choice.

The "Successful Astral Projection to the Space and Universe". It impressed me as one of the most sensitive, insightful and profound journeys into what constitutes life from the micro to the macro and it left with me a much deeper appreciation for the awesome dynamics of life. It is science: microbiology to astronomy, mythology, philosophy and so much more. Sapphire is a dynamic, wide-ranging thinker and "mysteries" is his masterpiece of an abundance of accumulated knowledge. His prose range from easy, flowing science to lyrical, poetic musings on the dynamics of life.
Sapphire has unconventional geniune astral projection methods of his own. He does not overwhelm, yet runs deep into thoughtful observation and meditation producing wise assessments on matters at hand before moving on, indeed, he is building to a complete, unification theory of life and he takes his time- it's necessary for the eventual summation.

All through the book are beautiful, intricate line drawings artfully rendered by Sapphire. If you are like me, who is really interested in Astral Projection and read all the books and not getting any results, now you know why, read the contents of this book and the detailed methods of this book, will explain why other books will not work.

Most of the authors, they are confused themselves. They do not really know what they are writing about, even famous authors, those well known names, their techniques confused everyone in the astral projection field, some even catergorized how many stages of astral planes and the conditions of astral planes, unfortunately very miss-leading to astral projection new learners.
According to Sapphire this book, it is very clearly your astral is out or not, there are nothing in between. And Sapphire provided the step by step how to exit the earth and all the problems you might face and how to reslove them. Right after you read this book. Ding, Ding, Ding, you got all the answers why this book will be successful and why other books methods will not work.
It is 168 pages, not like other books 500 pages which means you have to spend a month to read it and still not getting results. After two weeks, I am to astral project, other books 90 days to get OBE, give me a break. I have waited long enough for this book, and thanks to Sapphire who spent time to write this book, it is a great gift for the Astral Projection field. And I also recently bought another newly published book of Sapphire, when you see a great authors, you always stick with the same person. The book is titiled "Mastering Remote Viewing: (Remote Viewing, Third eyes & Astral Projection)" another great book, and this book got great reviews from many New Yorkers.

Sapphire founded a forum in the Internet in Dec, 2005. Many readers of this book joined this forum, you can see some amazing stories, Sapphire can do:

One member had miscarriages for 6 years and was diagnosed by the doctors, that she absolutely no chance of pregnancy and was informed by the doctors that she needed to remove the Uterus to save her own life due to too many tumors, but Sapphire used his astral projection ability and  transported a soul for her, and now this member is currently due to deliver the baby in July, 2006.

And one man suffered "Sleep Paralysis" for 25 years, with no cure from any doctors. I've bought many books on how to achieve out of body experience to no avail. I mean, whatever I did, whatever I tried, whatever book I read did not help at all. I got more and more frustrated and got angry. At some point, I was heartbroken for failing to achieve conscious OBE because I wanted so much more than anything. Whose books have I read, if you ask? Robert Monroe's, Robert Bruce's, Robert Peterson's, William Buhlman's, V. M. Beelzebub's. I've read it all. Have I had any results? No!

I've listened to BrainWave and HemiSync audio files every single night and fell asleep listening to them. Did any of them help? No!
Some recommended that I should lie on my back for 20 minutes and relax and go into sleep paralysis. Within 20 minutes, they said that the body would send a very strong signal to your mind saying "I am uncomfortable. Change your position in bed". The body is just testing if the mind is still awake, so ignore all urge to move, and you will eventually go into sleep paralysis. One time, I laid on my back for more than 2 hours. Still, I had no results. I mean, I can lay there without moving a hair for days until I get a bed burn. I still don't get any results.
Robert Monroe writes a 200 page book and gives only a few examples. I have a big problem with visualization. I just can't seem to visualize anything. I am so frustrated by the lack of ability to visualize anything. For me, trying to visualize is like expecting a pig to fly. So, you got the picture.
Then, I came across Robert Bruce's book where visualization is not required. And I said to myself, "great!", but ended up tensing and brushing my body parts every single day with no results. I mean, form tensing my [...]. cheeks, they still hurt, and I haven't left my body yet. ???

But this book works, it is not only works, I joined his forum, got more tips from the author, thumbs up.

Don’t buy Amazon books, they are fake reviews.

I am very curious about astral projection and furious about other books I bought (I bought many books from Amazon from the top 5 books of them), none of them worked, all those fake 5 stars reviews, obviously wrote by author’s publishers and friends. In a matter of fact, I wrote a bad review about “Mastering Astral Projection in 90 days,” because it is obviously cheating buyers’ money, but got deleted by Amazon 5 times. And found this one is the best, I tried "Astral Projection And the Nature of Reality: Exploring the Out-of-body State" by John Magnus, is a piece of 'theories' ...which does not work, he does not believes in high dimension, the reason is simple... he has never been there.

Robert Bruce, does not believe in -- astral body. What kind of astral projection if you cannot see your own astral body? And Robert A. Monroe's methods, you can practice a 1000 times and not getting results.

As the last hope, I bought Sapphire’s book, “Successful Astral Projection….” and bought more books written by same author, because author’s books had over 210 great reviews.

Then I was shock, and not surprised. Amazon inside review editor deleted all 5 star reviews which Sapphire accumulated within 6 years FEROCIOUSLY WITHIN ONE HOUR. Only Amazon inside editor has this massive power to erase 210 reviews in ONE HOUR. So, if you check Amazon Sapphire’s books have nothing left but ALL SUPER BAD REVIEWS. I suspect they could be written by the insider editors too. And those stupid people writing stupid comments attacking each others.

DON’T BUY BOOKS FROM AMAZON, THEY ARE ALL FAKE REVIEWS. Don't buy Amazon books!

My father passed away suddenly with heart attack, I lived in pain for 5 years, there are so many subjects which I never had the time to communicate with him, this is the reason I want to learn astral projection.
I have bought several books, but they seem focus on theories, instead of the actual methods to perform it.
Then I was referred by a book club about this book, this book is own by many readers and kept secretly with them and this book is able to last generations like one of my friend said.
If by this time, you still have no success with astral projection, this definitely is the book to get.
I am able to communicate with my father in astral regularly, and helps me to understand fully what is the meaning of life.

I recommend this book to anyone who is interested in something new and wants to challenge themselves to fantastic opportunities!

After a few weeks into the book, I had astral experiences right away, and since then I only got more and more amazed to what I could achieve and what I could learn in the astral plane!

Before I read the book I knew hardly anything about astral projection. I followed through with the exercises, like awareness in daily life, relaxation, and concentration techniques and before I knew it I had my first experience floating out of my bed and seeing the room I was in - exactly like it was in the physical world but more vibrant and real! It was amazing! As I moved through the book and the course format, my dreams got clearer and more vivid, and I kept having more experiences of consciously being in the astral plane. This in turn pushed me to want more and more meaningful experiences because I knew if I had it once, more is sure to come. I found out that astral projection isn't really hard to achieve, but it's about consistency and then it becomes a natural and living part of our life. The experiences of course, really give powerful pushes of motivation to keep going!

It is written very clearly and straightforwardly and is easy to understand so that you can practice the techniques on your own. There are simple exercises that anyone can do and which can bring incredible results! It was a truly inspiring read, giving the keys and map to a whole new world I never thought existed before. But the true inspiration lies within the experiences we can have and the incredible knowledge we can gain!

I believed the reviewers in Robert Bruce books, and I got cheated by then. I would not doubt this previous reviewer is the same person of the Amy boot cat. Because it is the same words and same lines, by the poor English written by J-, and J- doubted Sapphire's book? And no one can hate a book so much, except the counter writers.
Anyway, after I bought Robert Bruce "Mastering Astral Projection", immediately I knew it is a mistake, because it tells you nothing but "mind" projecting. Robert Bruce has some serious mistake on the concept of astral projection. Don't believe in Amazon reviews, they are all fake reviews to lurk you by false books, just look at how many people lined up ... waiting to sell Robert Bruce's book . Don't make the same mistake I am. Then by one of readers' suggestion, I got Sapphire's book -Successful Astral Projection to the Space and Universe. This book has genuine skills about astral projection. It is a well written book, I love it.

I had a car accident, I was sitting at the back seat. However, due to the accident, I got my first OBEE experience, I was standing next to the car and saw my body was rescued by the ambulance workers. And later, in the hospital I had a near death experience. I could not quiet comprehend all of these, then was referred by a friend about this book.

Wonderful astral projections!

What I like about the author is: Author is straight forward, will not waste your time reading million worthless words, I mean who has the time. This book is certainly my style. The reader has to begin this book with a very open mind.
Sapphire does not deny the fact, he'd found out --he have god's abilities, if you can define "god". During his astral projection travels, he has saved numerous astrals. Read the book and see for yourself, open mind is the key, nothing is impossible in astral.

I got this book through friend's recommendation; who are also interested about astral projection.

I got my first experience on the very -first- day, I used these methods in this book. By reading this book, you can tell author has many years of experience in astral projection.

Once I got exited, I did see "others" like the book described, and best thing of all I am able to visit my deceased relatives, they were shot to see me.
I highly recommend this book and ...all these reviewers are telling their "true" stories.
This is why this book is successful; author is very famous in the world. If you wonder why other books do not work, check this one.

Author does have a forum on the web, I can personally communicate with author, that is REALLY, REALLY "neat."
He stands by his works; read his forum, and see all these amazing stories; how others are able to successfully exit their bodies because his guidance.
This is not a - SCAM, and you will see many doctors and psychic, and even some police force, and detectives are learning from the author.
They use authors methods, and they all work. This is why: they kept following authors,
Don't waste money on other useless books; Sapphire has lots of jealous counter part writers on the market, they would do everything; even dirty tricks to trash Sapphire.

If you had read many astral projection books like I have, you will agree this is the best astral projection book, ever.
It is simple to read, author give you the methods right away, which you are able to practice right away.
There are secrets about how to do it correctly, this will explain why other books on the market - do not work.
If you are serious about learning astral projection, this is the book to get, a friend referred this book to me, and only these methods will work.
It beats reading couple hundred of useless pages and you still not learning anything from it.
Author has a forum, and I personally communicate with him, he is brilliant man. Read his books, read his forum, he has helped numerous people around the globe, author is amazing.
If you have only one book to choose, pick this one. Instead of like me spending couple hundreds dollars and at the end I have found the "real" book with "real" skills.
And I bought all of author's books, you get to know what are the astral worlds, author could be the first person in human history is able to project everywhere in the universe.
Author is the one who wrote: Mastering Remote Viewing and Astral Sex, isn't this telling you something.

The best book by far on the subject of OBE's. I've read over 20 books on the subject and have been having OBE's now for over two years. I started reading about them in order to induce them with more regularity and obtain more control. I found author's book superior to every other book I've read, It's clear and concise with no new age mumbo jumbo like so many books today. His writing are based on extensive surveys, research and experience not a pack of beliefs and old assumptions. Sapphire's advice on how to control the experience by asking for clarity,and even asking for help never occurred to me before. Essential info!
My OBE's have taken a sharp improvement in their frequency and duration. I strongly recommend this book and his other book, Mastering Remote Viewing.
You dont need to read any other books, than these 2 of them.

I only read half way to this book, then I was able to have OBE right away, author is famous for -cutting the chase. Maybe because author is a New Yorker (they are famous for not wasting your precious time).
This book is right to the point and author is very knowledge about astral projection, and he is guiding many doctors and professors about this subject. This is really exceptional.
Ignore those negative reviews, they are obviously from a same person or perhaps other writers; it is impossible to hate a book that much, unless persons who have obvious mental problem; it is a great book, I recommend it.
Many of my friends are interested in astral projection, and with this book we all got the skill.
Author is genuine, sincere and a honest person.
Unfortunately, he does have many jealous counterpart writers, who tried to disgrace author and non stop harassment to the author and his forum.... this does show --- how vicious some human can be.
It is a book, and whoever has the best knowledge will lead.
That is the nature.
And we all noticed, 'NO ONE' is selling the book once everyone bought the book.
BECAUSE THIS BOOK IS A --KEEPER.

I have read this book more than ten times in the several weeks - I am currently reading the whole series of Sapphire's books again to prepare for the release of book #7 "Mastering Time Travel: Voyages Through Time" on Feb 09, 2007.
Every time I read this book it is like it is the first time I have read it - that's how good at is. Even though I know exactly what is going to happen, I am still fascinated by Sapphire's wit and creativity, as if it was the first time I have read the book. The book was a very good read, and it was just as enjoyable as the first time I read it. Good and evil exist, as they do in reality, in many guises.
It is easy to read. The text flows naturally, even with strange words and unusual names. His creativity and descriptions bring life to the story, and you want to know what happens next.
Astral projection opens my eyes, and I can project myself with this book, not only that, I join his forum, he taught me "how to do phasing in astral". This author knows his stuffs. I cannot wait for his next book to be published. No person on earth owns so many PSI abilities, includes astral projection, time travel and remote viewing and etc.
My professor always say: If you want to be the best, always learn from the master.

As someone who has direct experience with the out of body phenomenon, this book was priceless. It is the best book on this topic but those of us who have these experiences often fear for our sanity.
This book lets us know that we are not alone. Unlike many books dealing with this subject, the author is not someone who has a spiritual message to shove down our throats. He gives an honest account of his experiences and all of the accompanying fears and troubles and joys.
He is highly credible and one can identify with his very human and normal reactions to a baffling phenomenon. It is important to take into account when reading this book that author wrote it at a time before people had wide spread knowledge of the out-of-body experience.
It took great courage for him to share his experiences with the world.
It is also commendable that he sought to try and find a scientific basis for the phenomenon and founded the his forum towards this end.
My only criticism is that his terminology is at times a bit cumbersome, but I think overall this book is worth the read.
Finally, after delving into this subject for many years, I think it is important to understand that the out-of -body experience serves as a gateway to perceptual abilities that we consider to be paranormal.
These abilities include but are not limited to clairvoyance, telepathy and telekinesis.
As such, learning to have this type of experience is part of the Toltec sorcery teachings.

The "Successful Astral Projection to the Space and Universe". It impressed me as one of the most sensitive, insightful and profound journeys into what constitutes life from the micro to the macro and it left with me a much deeper appreciation for the awesome dynamics of life. It is science: microbiology to astronomy, mythology, philosophy and so much more. Sapphire is a dynamic, wide-ranging thinker and "mysteries" is his masterpiece of an abundance of accumulated knowledge. His prose range from easy, flowing science to lyrical, poetic musings on the dynamics of life.
Sapphire has unconventional genuine astral projection methods of his own. He does not overwhelm, yet runs deep into thoughtful observation and meditation producing wise assessments on matters at hand before moving on, indeed, he is building to a complete, unification theory of life and he takes his time- it's necessary for the eventual summation.
All through the book are beautiful, intricate line drawings artfully rendered by Sapphire. He included illustrations of everything from microscopic life-forms (diatoms, etc.) to renderings of representative life-forms in the evolutionary tree, etc., and then on to the macro astronomical vistas and all with amazing detail. As with Lovelock and many others, Sapphire viewed the life as a living, self regulating, life support system and his science to support in astral that notion is as good as it gets.
After Sapphire's exacting description of physical/biological life as we know it, he then goes on to examine one of his favorite subjects: levels of universe, human are limited with these knowledge, and fortunately, Sapphire is able to give it to us.
The book finishes with a poetic summary of his words and they are: Abstraction, Interrelation, Omnipresence, Polarity, Transcendence, Germination, and Divinity.
All through the book, Sapphire is preparing us for a compelling sense of astral worlds in the dynamics and purpose of life and he does this as good or better than just about anyone. If I had to give up all my books but one, "Successful Astral Projection to the Space and Universe" would be the one- the keeper!

There are so many mistakes on many other books about astral projection, and I am not kidding about it.   You can basically read about author's thoughts, then you get the idea if the author understands astral projection.
This book was recommended to me by a friend who studies in a astral projection related institution.   This book will cut your chase of finding the truth. THIS IS THE ONE.
Astral projection is not projecting into dreams, there are so many false writers who wrote what they think, this is why they could not project anywhere; I am interested in astral projection because I need to contact my deceased father who passed away a few years ago, I wanted to tell him ...how sorry I am for not able to treat him right, while he was alive.   And because of this book, I found him and able to communicate with him regularly.
Look no further, this is the one.

Astral projection started since the beginning of time, and it started from China. But unfortunately no one is able to describe the detail methods and able to explain why and how.
Author has all the answers.
Author is also famous for "Time travel" skill, he is currently writing a book regarding how to master Time travel. A book was not ever able written by human, not a book in human history is able to write this book. Author is genuine and author has a god status.
Reading his forum, will take you travel back in Time and into the future. Which no one seems possible unless the God himself, so the legend was told.
I got this book and Mastering remote viewing by Sapphire, great books which you are learning skills which can never been written by human before.

I was just thinking.. I think it would neat to teach blind people to project so they could at least get a taste of the colors we see and take for granit everyday... I'm sure they would be able to see, since its a different fail safe energy body. Perhaps, it would be easier for them to learn to project... because people with lost senses have increased other senses... Maybe they would be healthier mentally,emotionally, and spiritually since they can feel that there not blinded for eternity...
And I bought this book, and started to train my blind sister (she was born blind), and with this book, she can see what is in the astral.
And found the power of the "God."
She thinks she is punished what she was done maybe in one of the pastlives, but with Sapphire's methods...she can SEE again in astral.
I would recommend this book to anyone who has blind friends or blind relatives, to train them astral projection and see a better world.
According to Sapphire, we all come to the earth to learn. My sister believes in Sapphire, I believes in Sapphire, and my whole family believes in Sapphire.
Please refer this book to the blind and misfortunate ones, and help them to 'see' again.

I remember reading that its not possible to enter government areas in the astral such as Area 51 (Dreamland) because of some "black box" that is supposedly put there by government agents so that astral travelers that are curious to find out about the base get caught and becomes a prisoner in this "box". I don't believe this to be true.
I tried many ways to project, but none of the books work. But at last, I have found this book by browsing the Internet, and this is the TOP recommendation of the astral projection books; forget about all the rest of astral projection books, just get this one.
I have projected into Area 51 with Sapphire's methods.
It actually works.
I also have the "Mastering Remote Viewing" book by Sapphire, these two books will get you everywhere.

I only read half way to this book, then I was able to have OBE right away, author is famous for -cutting the chase. Maybe because author is a New Yorker (they are famous for not wasting your precious time).
This book is right to the point and author is very knowledge about astral projection, and he is guiding many doctors and professors about this subject. This is really exceptional.
Ignore those negative reviews, they are obviously from a same person or perhaps other writers; it is impossible to hate a book that much, unless persons who have obvious mental problem; it is a great book, I recommend it.
Many of my friends are interested in astral projection, and with this book we all got the skill.
Author is genuine, sincere and a honest person.
Unfortunately, he does have many jealous counterpart writers, who tried to disgrace author and non stop harassment to the author and his forum.... this does show --- how vicious some human can be.
It is a book, and whoever has the best knowledge will lead.
That is the nature.
And we all noticed, 'NO ONE' is selling the book once everyone bought the book.

If you like many of us, tried many useless books like Robert Bruce, John Magnus and by Edain McCoy, none of them works.
Only Sapphire's books work, this is not like the previous reviewer wrote, this book is informative and very up to date.
I got my first astral projection in my life, many people say will take a lifetime to achieve it, this is an art started from China. And usually, it is very difficult to achieve.
This book is easy to read, and follow; as if the author is right with you, this book offers lots of methods and RIGHT to the point. This is a must book for astral projection.
Author's policy is not to waste your time, this is why it is easy to read, not like some books, unless you finish the whole book, then you might scratch the surface.

This book also offered solutions of what to do if you encounter trouble in astral. Author is a well respected person, has many years of experience.
He does not mind guide many readers further, and he is on his forum at least once a day. This is hard to believe a man could be so consistent and passionate about his readers and his books.
I would highly recommend this book.
For those are not interested in astral projection, then this will be the wrong book to get, but if you want to study about astral projection, and learn this skill which is a very hard yet easy to learn, thanks to the author who can explain so many subjects, and so easily.
This is not 170 pages of astral projection methods book, it also has author's own experience and stories when encounting astral projection, it is a great book to read, and to understand this has always been considered a occult but it has been revealed by author...
This is a skill to reach God.
And author does have many god ability and you cannot deny a person who claim and able to prove these abilities are not ...god.
And if the Bible is explained correctly, author can be actually considered ... "The Messiah!"

I read Mr. Sapphire's book in one day. After reading the first page, I was so captivated that I finished the whole book later that night. This is coming from someone who does not like to read.
This book has helped me understand so much. I too, at a young age started to experience this "death-like paralysis" which later led to what his grandmother called "witch rides." I understand Mr. Sapphire's fear because I felt the same way. Imagine as a young child, waking up or at least you think you woke up but can not move. You try to move a finger, anything just to wake yourself, even scream if you can but nothing seems to work. Then you may even see figures walking around the room and wonder if they are going to attack or harm you in some way.
So many times I have prayed to not let me get into this state but it just continually happens. I tried to look for answers as to why this was happening to me. I stumbled across Robert Monroe--Journey's out of the Body. I purchased and read the other two books he published. It was very helpful as well but there was something about Mr. Sapphire's work that seemed so real, that I can easily connect and understand what he was going through. There were lots of times, as I was reading his book that I thought "oh, so that was why I saw or heard this..." This book was a real eye-opener and a blessing.
Then I remembered and realized what Mr. Sapphire had said, that fear will hinder us from every finding our "higher self," that once in that "astral state," whatever we think of will manifest/appear so it is important to let all of one's fears disappear, in doing so as Mr. Sapphire stated "you will have very little difficulty during your own soul travels." I know letting go of ones' fears is not easy so I just try to remember what Mr. Sapphire stated that we should not fear since we are all beings of light. Surrounding ourselves with this white light will help and I believe it will. And this light does lead to something and dimensions.
I hope this was helpful. I don't claim to be an expert in the field. I am just someone who wants to know, learn and understand why and I feel Mr. Sapphire has done just that. Thank You Mr. Sapphire for sharing with us your experiences. It has truly opened my eyes and has helped me further understand my OBE (out of body) experiences, and understand about life and knowing where we came from and where we will go. : )
Sometimes just by reading about it, it will happen, so take your time. I thought this was very good in many ways and also because it was his story. I admire him for relating such an intimate thing with us. I myself have had the sleep paralysis.

There are many people who do this, and maybe one day you will read your third or fourth book on how to have an astral projection, and it just may happen. But Sapphire has a way to speed it up, and author is the only person who knows exactly how to exit.
It is not like a thing you buy and try, and if it don't work it was not good. You have to train your thoughts on this.
His messages at the end was wonderful reminders!
Judge, and you shall be judged.
Hate, and you shall be hated.
Lie, and you shall be lied to.
Cheat, and you will be cheated.

If you are after a complete guide on how to Astral Travel, this book is for you.
It is remarkably practical, and after implementing the exercises and practices recommended week-by-week in the book - and in the free course it comes with - I begun to gain my own experiences. However, the best part for me is that success it is totally dependent on the efforts you put in, just as the author recommends, and so you don't have to rely on solely what is written. That being said, you can always go back and re-read for more inspiration and instruction, and discover helpful little hints that you may have missed previously.
It's been truly amazing so far to say the least!
I had my first conscious astral projection experience using the techniques in this book and because of the very clear practical information given in it, I knew what to do once I got there and how to explore and experience different things in the astral. Since then I have regularly referred back to this book to brush up on techniques, to look up the meaning of symbols in the dream guide and sometimes just as a good motivator. I consider this to be a very valuable book that provides a great opportunity for anyone who really wants to experience the astral.
This is a book both novice and experts of Astral Traveling will enjoy reading and referring to again and again. A definite must have to add to your book collection. I use this book as my Night Light to venture the world of the unknown. To discover a whole new world...a dazzling place I never knew.
And Sapphire does have a forum on the Internet, which he is on this forum to answer readers' questions everyday, this is remarkable. He does not mind to guide you further on the Internet.
He is a real person, not some authors who died 5 years ago.
This book is great for people who want to experience O.B.E. In fact, its essential for beginners. I like the approach that Sapphire uses. He starts off from his view of life before astral-projection

from when he was even a child. Why is this relevant? Because it helps to understand that *anyone* can experience O.B.E. if they have the patientience and motivation. I'm lucky & grateful to say that all my life, since i was a child, i have had O.B.E. without even trying. But as i got older my O.B.E.'s were much less frequent. Why?.. I'm not sure, i guess "reality" pulled be away. I have always had a spirtual self inside me but it took awhile for me to have the confidence in myself to come out and explore it deeper w/out feeling weird about doing it.
This book has it all. Author builds off of other books that he has read about Astral-Projection / O.B.E.'s which is a great help because it fills in the gaps that leave you questioning when you read other similar books. This book is a mix of "Soul Traveler" by Albert Taylor and the Monroe books. Both i highly recomend reading (i actually have yet to read the Monroe books). Between each chapter, Peterson gives exercises for performing O.B.E. The exercises get harder as your progress further into the book.
I cannot stress that you must be patient. You must be motivated. It will happen, and most of the time fear and doubt are what stop you but with proper guidance (eg. this book) you will get there and reach a whole new realm (literally) of understanding. Life, as you know it before O.B.E., will reach a whole new exciting level beyond your wildest dreams. Not only that, you have the opportunity to find answers to questions. See your Spirit Guides/Guardian Angels. Go anywhere, and i mean anywhere, and not just imagine being there but being there as if you were physically there.
Being a Computer Science major, I was especially drawn to this book. This meant we viewed things in a similar manner. Both scientifically and logically. I would always try to find scientific reason for things that happen. Everyone should too. But as Peterson progressed in his experiences and found that he couldn't explain them scientifically, he was still able to conjure up logical reasons. To me, it was like living my life w/out anyone else understanding my thoughts, questions, and desires of the higher understanding then i read this book and i see so much parallelism.

This book has written a paranormal narrative that is convincing, and entertaining enough that it's hard to put this one down. (I wonder if Sapphire's peers have received his story with any more open-mindedness.)
Meeting your own descendant, (or perhaps your own reincarnated self) 5000 years into a post-apocalyptic future makes for a pretty incredible read.
Also interesting is the description of exiting the earth, and all the difficulty you might face in astral.
This story raises many questions about the destiny of our planet, and our spirits: the workings of visionary journeys, and reincarnation in relation to the Grand Scheme; and, particularly, about the time line. Just how unalterable, or malleable might it be? The end of the story left me wondering how Sapphire with the apparent knowledge that his descendant, lives in a world that is testament to the decimation of human civilization by catastrophic global warming. Does he believe that there may still be hope (to alter our collective course in time)?
It is too bad there are lots of jealous astral projection writers would do everything to trash this book. It is a disgrace about some human.
Don't miss this book, if you are learning astral projection. And Robert Monroe's book does not work, I have Robert Monroe's book, you are wasting the money.
Check his forum on the web, he is able to describe my looks by remote viewing, and check all my past lives by time travels. And he is changing the New York weather, from cold to hot (40 degree to 70) and from hot to cold (60's degree to 34) as wish. THIS MAN IS ... A GOD. God kept his promise, and THE MESSIAH IS HERE ON EARTH.
Check this book out, you will know why this book is called "Successful Astral Projection," because no other books can. And there are no grammar mistakes in this book, it is beautifully written.

I recommend this book to anyone who is interested in something new and wants to challenge themselves to fantastic opportunities!
After a few weeks into the book, I had astral experiences right away, and since then I only got more and more amazed to what I could achieve and what I could learn in the astral plane!
Before I read the book I knew hardly anything about astral projection. I followed through with the exercises, like awareness in daily life, relaxation, and concentration techniques and before I knew it I had my first experience floating out of my bed and seeing the room I was in - exactly like it was in the physical world but more vibrant and real! It was amazing! As I moved through the book and the course format, my dreams got clearer and more vivid, and I kept having more experiences of consciously being in the astral plane. This in turn pushed me to want more and more meaningful experiences because I knew if I had it once, more is sure to come. I found out that astral projection isn't really hard to achieve, but it's about consistency and then it becomes a natural and living part of our life. The experiences of course, really give powerful pushes of motivation to keep going!
It is written very clearly and straightforwardly and is easy to understand so that you can practice the techniques on your own. There are simple exercises that anyone can do and which can bring incredible results! It was a truly inspiring read, giving the keys and map to a whole new world I never thought existed before. But the true inspiration lies within the experiences we can have and the incredible knowledge we can gain!

I also have the book Astral Dynamics by Robert Bruce, this book will get you no where, if you are going to waste your time to read 400 pages of nothing.
My friend told me about Robert Bruce's book, just type "astral projection/Wikipedia" you will see all these years of consensus -BAD- reviews about his book, "no explanation is given as to how forms and entire environments can exist without spatial dimensions, nor why there can be a sequence of events and yet no such thing as time." Robert is not even sure of himself, not able to provide answers, and he created lots of lost readers.
And he projects into dreams, any expert knows--astral projection is not projected into dreams, but Robert's books can only tell you this much.
Sapphire's book is geniue choice. I have joined his forum, he even taught me how to project into HEAVEN.
HEAVEN is real.

I got this book through friend's recommendation; who are also interested about astral projection.
I got my first experience on the very -first- day, I used these methods in this book. By reading this book, you can tell author has many years of experience in astral projection.
Once I got exited, I did see "others" like the book described, and best thing of all I am able to visit my deceased relatives, they were shot to see me.

Explore Beyond Your Physical Limits, September 18, 2006

This book was referred to me by one of the students. The student asked to exam the content, and the theories of this book.
I have a Doctor's degree: of course, I had to say, "This has no base whatsoever!" But the student insisted that I tried the methods introduced in this book. And I got my first OBE in -MY LIFE.
I was surprised, and studied more about these astral projection subjects, it does comply with the "Quantum Physic," We believe there are other dimensions, and Physic will exists in some form and some shape.
But never thought, now we've found out: Yes, there is "Soul."
For those who encounter situations or difficulties in these states, this book explains from a vantage point of a highly experienced Master and excellent teacher. It leaves me speechless that such clarity is presented to me successfully as if one has just met one's favorite professor!
They all now seem real to me enough to be understood, after all, as he states in this book, "We are powerful creative spiritual beings. We mold the energies around us both positive and negative by the use of our focused thoughts." This book is a spiritually academic marvel!
And I met some of passed professors who worked in the same university in the past (during astral projection), I had never expected to see them.

The best book by far on the subject of OBE's. I've read over 20 books on the subject and have been having OBE's now for over two years. I started reading about them in order to induce them with more regularity and obtain more control. I found Mr Sapphire's book superior to every other book I've read, It's clear and concise with no new age mumbo jumbo like so many books today. His writing are based on extensive surveys, research and experience not a pack of beliefs and old assumptions. Sapphire's advice on how to control the experience by asking for clarity,and even asking for help never occurred to me before. Essential info!
My OBE's have taken a sharp improvement in their frequency and duration. I strongly recommend this book and his other book, Mastering Remote Viewing.
You dont need to read any other books,than these 2 of them.

Author is right to the point, and teaches you the skills right away, so you do not waste time and you can go on astral journey right away. Author has a forum, and you can ask him questions (if you need help).
Author also describes how to deal with difficulties during astral travels. Wow, and he can read you, also remote viewing you thought the computer. That is --IMPRESSIVE.
So what, Sapphire claims he is a god, if you have these abilities, then you are a god, too. Most authors on the market, are not even sure about themselves, this is the astral projection book to follow. (The book has supreme paper quality, not like most of the books in the book store, this is why this book can last and stand the test of time.)

It's a masterpiece! It doesn't waste time looking at piles of other people's experiences. It tells you how YOU can have an out of the body experience yourself. There are plenty of effective inducing methods to help you get out of your body. You just have to imagine particular visions. You focus on the image of you going up in a lift. You are shown how to lossen your astral body from your physical body! Then you can have a great adventure. The main reason I want to astrally travel is to travel in time. My main objective is out of the body time-travel! Wouldn't it be so COOL! I know some of these things are really hard to believe but it must be true...

I bought this book long time ago, but reading those spiteful remarks (And surprisingly, Amazon has not taken them off, this clearly violated the review guidelines) from this dragon and boot cat, these fake names and they always show up during weekends as a pattern, is breaking many Sapphire's readers' heart. This book is well written, with real skill and real experiences, it is proven effective by many Doctors and Scientist and this book is backed by Dr. David P. Armentrout, he personally recommends this book. This book is even being studied by national defense in some countries. It has step by step famous methods, and it will explain why other methods would not work.
If you want to read a real great book with the real intelligence and scientists. Read this book, if you would believe some knowing nothings with intentionally disgrace this book, then will be your lost.
Sapphire is very famous in his field, and Sapphire is also famous having many jealous counter astral projection authors, theirs would not work, and only proven their own "stupidity" like intentionally to disgrace Sapphire here, and this is not the first time. Like these two unfit reviews. Most likely are the reviewers done by them. And there is this famous "curse" for disrepect, and it has always happened in the past to many people. When someone claimed, he is a god, he must have percentage of confident in it.
Just a clear proof, the "dragon" reviewer has never read this book: this book has no single word mentioned about Alien. This shows how clearly that reviewer's intention is.
I have communicated Sapphire personally, Sapphire is a live person and not some authors who was dead 20 years ago.
This book is so popular is "Well-known in the world."
Let me ask you: how many people are able to read the "Akashic Records"? (The Torah!) Only Sapphire!
Study, study, study and you will know why it is best known book on the market.

I've had alot of conscious out-of-body experiences in my life and read many books on the subject. This book really hit the nail on the head! The most detailed and accurate book on the subject with lots of exercises that really work! I recommend it highly!

After I bought the book "Mastering Remote Viewing:(Remove Viewing, Third eyes & Astral Projection)" then I bought this book. It is very easy to read, no complicated terminology that you have to check the dictionary quiet a few times, just to check the meanings.
Best of all, it is effective. According to Sapphire, astral projection is a skill not a occult, it is a skill to see God, and deceased friends, great book! And it does link to many other "Superman" abilities. I would recommend my friends to buy it. And I got my first astral project within the 2nd week. Amazing.

If you are like me, who is really interested in Astral Projection and read all the books and not getting any results, now you know why, read the contents of this book and the detailed methods of this book, will explain why other books will not work.
Most of the authors, they are confused themselves. They do not really know what they are writing about, even famous authors, those well known names, their techniques confused everyone in the astral projection field, some even catergorized how many stages of astral planes and the conditions of astral planes, unfortunately very miss-leading to astral projection new learners.
According to Sapphire this book, it is very clearly your astral is out or not, there are nothing in between. And Sapphire provided the step by step how to exit the earth and all the problems you might face and how to reslove them. Right after you read this book. Ding, Ding, Ding, you got all the answers why this book will be successful and why other books methods will not work.
It is 168 pages, not like other books 500 pages which means you have to spend a month to read it and still not getting results. After two weeks, I am to astral project, other books 90 days to get OBE, give me a break.
I have waited long enough for this book, and thanks to Sapphire who spent time to write this book, it is a great gift for the Astral Projection field.
And I also recently bought another newly published book of Sapphire, when you see a great authors, you always stick with the same person. Did you notice that New York weather is weird this year? We have unusually warm winter, because Sapphire was commanding the New York weather, and have you ever seen New York city, two hours of snow in freezing degree suddenly changed into bright sunshine day, (this actually happened in New York City) because Sapphire was commanding it to change. These are all "Real" stories, you can verify these weather changes with the New York weather authorities.
Sapphire does not deny he has god's abilities. Would you like to read a normal human written astral projection book or a book written by a god. According to his abilities, he does have abilities equal to a god.
