By accessing and using this site you agree and accept to be bound with all the condition stated on this website. Payment is due at making booking to reserve your seat. We accept all major credit cards and Paypal. Cancellation policy: Two weeks or earlier before the courses, no penalty for cancellation, all others once the payment is made, refund may not be available (depends on which date of cancellation, one week or earlier before the course, 50% refund of the payment). Cancellation within one week before course, no refund will be possible. Because we need to make booking for the meeting rooms, and they all need full payment two weeks before renting meeting rooms (it is an outside company, beyond our control). Seating are limited, we do encourage you to make reservation early.

Only the attendees (who's names on the reservation), will be notified about the location of the meeting room, in order to protect our attendees and to protect their privacy.

We reserve the rights to upgrade, alter or terminate any or all of our courses due to security, weather or acts of God. Please be advised that unforeseen circumstances may interfere with courses. If your course does get canceled, you will have choices either to get refund or choose another alternative date, when this happens we will inform you when will be next available date for the same course.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR, OUR PARENT’S AND OUR AND OUR SUPPLIERS CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE USE OF THE SERVICES EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF SERVICE FEES THAT YOU PAID DURING A ONE-YEAR PERIOD FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE AT ISSUE. WE, OUR PARENT, AND OUR SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES. You further agree that any disputes or claims that you may have against us will be resolved by a court located in the State of New York.

We provide the the Services "As - Is", and as "Available". We and our suppliers make no warranties or guarantees about the Services. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR SUPPLIERS DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICES ARE MERCHANTABLE, OF SATISFACTORY QUALITY, ACCURATE, FIT FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NEED, OR NON-INFRINGING. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE or not OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING ANY SUPPORT SERVICES, WILL BE EFFECTIVE, RELIABLE, ACCURATE OR MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL BE ABLE TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES (EITHER DIRECTLY OR THROUGH THIRD-PARTY NETWORKS) AT TIMES OR LOCATIONS OF YOUR CHOOSING. NO ORAL OR WRITTEN INFORMATION OR ADVICE GIVEN BY our REPRESENTATIVE SHALL CREATE A WARRANTY. You use the Services or attend the course at your own risk.
